I have a passion for fitness and writing, as well as sports and sarcasm. As a result, I’ve created this blog to offer insight into the awesome world of strength & conditioning, training, and what it means to be a gladiator (even if you aren’t quite at the level of Olivia Pope quite yet). It won’t always be professional and it won’t always be what you want to hear, but I’m a fan of stepping outside of your comfort zone.  My goal is to motivate – to convince women that it’s okay to lift weights, to give beginners enough confidence to start training, and to give everyone in between something fierce to go after.
